Definitely a good news but would like additional info on their repurchase plan.

1. Dollar amount allocated for this purpose and

2. What they plan to do with repurchased shares. Ideally they should be retired. If they use it to employees stock options, then it would be a big negative to use our cash to gift themselves additinal shares.

Hope this news item provides sustained upward momentum and not help in DCB.

Regards,

JK

At the rate we're going, they'll be able to take the company private in less than a week. Oh well, what's another 20% between friends?

Buzz - how r you? I saw the news about the possibility (since no detail is stated) of stk repurchasing. Do you or anyone know about the convertible debenture situation. Are all the debentures converted or called? It'd be strange if FIBR mgt does not use the excess cash to clean the debt related issues before stk repurchasing (granted that the latter may be a good gesture to the current shr hldrs.)

TIA
