The line, taken in context, is clearly about talking, yes. Obviously, just the one phrase is combative.

And in any case, you're talking about one thing the man has said in nearly two years as President. I stand by my original statement.

"The tone of Obama's rhetoric is almost always calm, rational, conciliatory, and reasonable." I could quote thousands of pages of very polite stuff from him. You came up with three lines.

Yeah, that's why we disagree.
