And a new legislature will be sworn in today. Well, lets see what they do. Amazing that politicians think a cap on spending growth is fiscal restraint. 2008 began the worst depression in 50 years, theoretically governement size should shrink along with the economy. Freeze all government salaries until 25% of them have left the government workforce. Salaries should only increase when the government needs to pay more to find qualified staff. That hasn't been the case for the past three years. An expected annual increase is nonsense.
