After all this "TECH SECTOR BLOODLETTING", VVUS is starting to look CHEAPER than ever. Still alive, waiting for REAL NEWS, and LONG, Dr. Bond PS. DELL, CPQ, INTC, COMS, etc..are all down 20 -30% recently! The market just crushed VVUS first!

Tuna: You're right about the June debacle. The fall was based on old news/insignificant news and the stock jumped right back. That was a false indication. The 20 7/8 price, in my opinion, is based on market trading which is more akin to normal technical analysis. I agree that VVUS must be allowed more flexibility, as you put it and I strongly agree that it must be placed in a market perspective, again as you put it. That, coupled with the fact that the spoofs are down about 500 right now, makes me wonder if we won't get that test of 20 7/8 real quick. If it can bounce off that price with any meaningful trading, it may be on the way up again. If not, we likely will see the teens on this stock. Again, this is only my opinion.
