Maybe I am confused.. maybe you are.. Tom plainly stated that Olympus was using the facility... now... he stated there were Olympus boxes and materials all over the place. Steve's remarks as I read them state they are NOT NOT producing in that facility. The facility itself is not owned by Olympus, just the equipment, if I read Steve correctly. $6,000 a month is pretty steep for use of equipment.. but I won't dispute it...however when I called the facility, I was told that they had no ties to Olympus whatsoever....so sorry you're annoyed.. but I found Tom's post rather annoying too in light of what I found out by calling...

More information is needed. The company currently pays $6300 per month for its multi year lease in Hialeah. If they have subleased it for $6000, they would be losing $300 per month. This is not the worst since they have too much capacity right now, and this greatly reduces their expenses to a minimal loss. 10K The Registrant owns no real property. It leases manufacturing space consisting of 18,000 square feet located in San Cristobal, Dominican Republic. The monthly rent is $3,750 on a multi-year lease. The Registrant also leases manufacturing space, consisting of 2,400 square meters, located in Managua, Nicaragua. The monthly rental is approximately $6,300 on a multi-year lease. The Registrant leases manufacturing and administrative facilities located in Hialeah, Florida. The facility leased is 16,800 square feet. The monthly rental is $6,300 on a multi-year lease.
