Cops don't shoot any better and they went to class.

The current issue of POLICE magazine has an article by Michael Rayburn about movement and shooting.
He states that (according to the F.B.I.) 95 % of all Officer Involved Shootings (OIS) happen within 21 feet.
75% of these happen within 10 feet and well over half of all OIS's happen at 5 feet or less.
He also states that the average police hit rate remains at 12-18 %
