Interesting.

My take on gold was I was preparing to short it to a trendline test. But, it failed to hit my real sell triggers. 1360 basically held fast, and that was more or less the point for getting seriously short again.

I'll add, that I've not yet lost when shorting gold (uh, except that painful Paulson experience back in August 2009 <NG>), so I think even us goldbugs and goldbulls should be open to playing it both ways.

Right now I'm getting very bullish. I might even add to some miner positions. The Euro has a lot to do with this too, as we can debate gold ralling if and when the Euro declined, but I think it is a fairly safe bet gold will rally if the Clownie takes another hit (which I think it will).

In, out, in, out, eat small, eat often. My mantra.
