No, it's about people who choose to end life-saving treatments and let nature take it course. I went through exactly that with my mother this year in a very dignified, respectful way that let her choose what she did or did not go through.

Spinning it into something else is intellectually dishonest.

You are misunderstanding and misstating the purpose of End-of-Life planning. It's about preparing advanced directives and things like that.

The ACA does not include a provision to provide drugs for that purpose. Period.
