It wouldn't make sense to promote the stock that hard or that long (over a year) unless the object was to raise interest to sell against. Those who pump in the hopes of raising the share price and then dump would do it for the short term and not keep trying all the way from $7.00 down to $0.70.

From what I usually see, the object of the people running these scam stocks seems to be to keep interest up to keep a market to sell against. Shares are free for those running them and if they run out, they print more. It's nearly 100% profit whether it's at $7.00, $0.70 or $0.0007.
