Yep, with all the lawsuits out, a bad fourth quarter, and tax selling, things will very likely get worse rather than better.

Rubber stamp management is definitely in place at S3. I took a look at New Moon, a company S3 has invested in: newmoon.com I cannot see any reason for S3 investing in this company except for the fact that Banatao is the chairman there.

GJ hasn't done a thing right and S3 doesn't deserve anybody's money until GJ proves otherwise or is gone. Turtle Beach is a good design win, they may present great stuff at Comdex, but S3's a slow bleeder for while, folks. JMHO.
