RE is moving fast in areas where you have large out of country interest as well as the latest hot money equity transfer from the big cities in the northeast. Same thing in Phoenix and Las Vegas except you add Cali and higher percentage foreign money from Asia into the mix. The smaller rural towns in FL are deader than dead and little moves. Ghetto and war zones also have their problems tied to horrible local economies and tight credit but many dilapidated structures will probably be demoed this cycle..
