Years ago my dad was in the clothing business and wore custom made Hart, Schaffner and Marx suits. He had a friend who was a big deal in the butchers union and in Chicago They wore the same size suits. A lot of that really great PRIME beef came down state in quarters and was custom cut in our kitchen by the best dressed butcher in Chicago.
