One of my faves. Why are they banning it?

"I want my MTV"?

Different world today. Can you imagine this being played today...

"Hi, I'm the friendly stranger in the black sedan,

Won't you step inside my car?

I got pictures, candy, I'm a lovable man,

I'd like to take you to the nearest star."

So now we ban Kids in the Hall too?

Funniest sketch I ever saw. Bruce Mccullough as the angry husband "Gordon" lecturing his teenage son while his distraught wife, played by Scott Thompson tries to smooth things over.

"Oh Gordon, he's trying his best."

"For god's sake, woman, why don't you just scream to the world you want to turn our son into a faggot?"

That... is brilliant satire.

What is the supposedly offensive lyric? I can't make out half the words, but I never heard anything more offensive than "chicks", which some feminists might not like.

I was so offended that I played the song five times.

It's a disgrace. I am emailing it to all my friends. I think they will denounce it too.

I think every decent CDN should make their own decision. They should buy a copy, listen to it, and if it does not meet their standards then destroy it promptly.

If they think that is bad they should listen to Axl Rose and hip hop.

Ah! There goes rap. Banned in Boston/Canada.
