You said <<EVERYTHING RILEY HAS STATED HAS CHECKED OUT.>>

And from Steve's conversation...

"They have sent contracts for signing which will give them $5 million in cash as an investment in the company and another $5 million loan at 7.25% interest repayable over 5 years."

Now let me see, $5M in cash as an investment PLUS $5M loan,
say that equals $10M...

Well I'll be darned...

Chug one more point for Riley!

SuperDave, I haven't even begun asking the really difficult questions. In chess, there is what they call the fork play. This is where your opponent will definately lose one of two pieces, and that opponent must choose which piece by moving to protect the other.

Similarly, we could easily fork some of the nays who have implied they aren't affiliated with the shorters, but whose actions scream otherwise.

They know that there is a limit to their anonymity here. If they answer certain questions untruthfully, they could be sacrificing their futures big-time when the evidence pops up in court that they lied here and had a motive to mislead investors - manipulation. To answer truthfully would be to admit to everyone what they are here for, and it would be very self-exposing.

So, then, how will they get around this?
1. With another question, completely avoiding the one asked them, drawing attention away from the fact they wish to avoid questions asked of them.
2. Partial truths - saying something which is technically truthful, but actually serves to mislead because of context, interpretation, and failure to volunteer the real information being requested.
3. Ignore the question and do not respond.

They have questioned every little thing about the company, right down to the sewing equipment. We've been very acccommodating thus far. If they can question, we can question.
