Uhmmm, isn't there also a pretzel vendor and a brothel nearby? The so called Ground Zero mosque, in the OBJECTIVE maps that I have seen, is down the street from the two squares where stood the Trade Centers. The building in question, from the pictures I've seen, is far from spectacular, it is, in fact, a crappy building. The price tag was something along the lines of $5 million dollars, which don't but you much in Manhatten.

If you want to believe the crazy rhetoric of a triumphal mega-mosque (which is....13 stories high!) go ahead, but it's a bunch of partisan rhetoric crap, if you ask me.

We're capitalists, if the Muslims want to pay for a mosque (which is not an affront to our civilization unless we make it so) let them. We'll buy it back from them at 60 cents on the dollar 10 years from now.
