If she hadn't used that phrase they would have found another avenue of attack.

I see the problem. Any conservative who manages to get any kind of attention will be destroyed. Then other conservatives will say I like her but she has too much baggage.

Either we need a strategy to deal with this or just give up.

Bill - you appear to live under the assumption the MSM wouldn't have seized on something else had she not mentioned the phrase. Nothing will cause the MSM to move away from the template of negative spin toward Sarah Palin. Nothing, so it does no good to try and be concerned about what they focus on.

Sarah should just keep hitting them and being herself.
