Cuz I paid my staff 60% of the private sector, I was staffed with a lot of alkies and 2 people who were fired in the private sector over gun issues. Nothing's too good for our vets, eh? Don't know about your staff, but yeah I think it should be hard to get good government workers who are willing to work at a low government wage. That's the same problem that every small bizness finds. Good luck. But, with US unemployment at 10%, you can do it.
