Half the people on the road think they own their cars when in fact they're leased. It doesn't address your issue. I just consider it a small faux pas, bad choice of words. I also believe folks ARE interested in knowing where the $10M is coming from but I also believe its more because of curiosity than concern and a need to know. As long as the source is from a legitimate means, it doesn't really matter if its from Citicorp or Chase Manhattan. I respect the fact that they want to keep the details private until all the contracts are signed. It eliminates a lot of distracting inquiries, calls, etc.
