Addi, What defines a bear market is a market which is going down! If this is a bear market, which it is more and more looking like one, you will now the reasons after the fact. Addi, Thanks for the well written and thought out response. I share many of your sentiments, and only hope that we're correct. As for growth, I hope that the valuations placed on the companies in the technology sector weren't so overpriced that even with phenomenal future growth they'll still have far to go to reach their past (last months) valuations. I really hope that the current P/E of Ascend represents a new "calmer" valuation that most other networkers will also fall into step with. As opposed to their sky high prior valuations. In this regard Ascend can also be deemed a leader, since it now seems everyone is coming their way. Take Care, Roger
