Conservatives and liberals do have a fundamental disagreement about the proper role of government. He's lying about the hateful violent "eliminationist" rhetoric .... much much more of that from the left.

Ted, what's more important to you? Reconciliation or advancing a political agenda?

It's obvious to me what Krugman believes in more. His entire career is centered around it. Same with Rush, Beck, Olbermann, and so many others in the media both left and right.

I've decided to start prioritizing reconciliation more. It's obvious to me that more partisanship will only lead to gridlock and ruin.
