We'll bring back the "silver certificate" I remember some guy in the 79-80 run up in silver make a cool 1/2 million with those, I didn't know how they worked still don't, lol

All I know is that the premiums for silver bullion products are holding steady which typically indicates readily available supply. That is also what Bill Haynes from CMI Group has been reporting on the KWN weekly metals wrap. I am not saying that certain products are hard to source. Clearly Sprott's PSLV has been waiting a long time for their metal but they are almost certainly buying 1000 oz bars and it is conceivable that there may be supply constraints for that product will 90% silver, for example, is easy to source.
