Or what if he's a city block away? Or what if a federal judge of no particular prominence wants to use a gun range, does it have to be cleared out first? Can they refuse him admittance? (and if so what about judges that want to protect themselves, where do they practice shooting?) What if a senator wants to go shooting? Is he in violation of the law for having a gun near himself? If that doesn't count, is it illegal for him to go hunting with a college?
