Jim, right now there is a disconnection between companies and the stock market. I think it's too early to call this a bear market, but it sure looks like a mini-crash to me (as far as the tech sector is concerned). I think the best strategy is simply to hold tight. No point in converting paper losses into real losses because this market could turn on a dime. Since I consider myself a long-tem investor I'm in the process of trying to convince myself that in a years' time I will hardly remember the current market.
