What? There is going to be a reverse split? Neither di I hear about that. Maybe is it to meet the Nasdaq requirements.

Jin Chun, I don't believe there has been any talk of that on the thread. Someone on another thread was clasifying FAMH in with some other stocks, that in my opinion was inappropriate and he mentioned a roll back that DID NOT apply to FAMH. I did post back to that person letting him know my opinion of FAMH.

Here is the first post:

I know look at FAMH, NPEC, PLRN, ADNV and now it looks like
AVBC plus plenty more that sell stock as shareholders are buying
in and then intened to reverse it to get the shares down to a
manageable level.

Heck hard to find a solid company but they do exist you just have
to dig deep with your research.

Ga Bard, I appreciate your comments and opinions on many
things. I do respectfully disagree with you on a comment you
made including FAMH.

"plenty more that sell stock as shareholders are buying in and
then intened to reverse it to get the shares down to a
manageable level."

This is not true in the case of FAMH. Yes FAMH sold 504K
shares through Alexander Wescott to raise 1 Million dollars to
expand their business and create even more revenues. They DID
NOT increase the outstanding shares. They still only have 20
Million Total Outstanding Shares. The float was increased to 7
million.

FAMH is a company that will likely show a profit for 1997 of
around .12 - .15 EPS. I have a copy of their financials for the first six months and with their current outstanding shares, they were showing a profit of over .06 cents for JUST the first SIX months of 1997.

The only way I can see that a roll-back might occur, is if it is
needed to move to NASDAQ. In this case I don't think it is a bad
move. With the profits that FAMH has and the increased revenue
they should show in 1998, a move to NASDAQ should be quite
beneficial. I think that any negative effect by the roll-back would be more than negated by the attention FAMH would receive by
being listed.

In my opinion, FAMH is one of the most solid, real business,
OTC-BB stocks out there right now.

Here is an updated thread for more information on FAMH.

Here is his response to me:

Cherly ... I do not know what is going to happen with FAMH and I
agree with you on their 1998 projections. I do not know whether a
reverse is in there or not for I have not asked the company. If I my a miscommunication on FAMH reversing I did not mean to do that.

I loved AVBC but they are doing a 540K and talking reverse so I
am unhappy about that. NPEC has been selling stock and talking
reverse now ... and a lot of ther stocks.

I liked FAMH but I decided to wait till the 504 was done and
buying pressure took the stock price up.

I surely did not mean to make a misrepresentation on FAMH.

Happy Trading
