Perhaps it's time to revoke the charitable donation expense deduction to the evil rich that donate to such causes and revoke charitable organization status to all environmental groups. Then they would be forced to pay taxes on all donations. Given the greenies don't want any corporation to be able to claim expense deductions as they consider these evil tax avoidance government subsidy schemes then environmental groups would not be able to claim any expenses to lower the tax they pay.
