I almost didn't post that Royal Wedding/Obama story because it seemed to unbelievable. TWT. We'll seen which other heads of state do attend, that will be the final clue. For myself, I believe it. It's rare that you have such a large but not quite state function where personal preferences can be expressed without violation of protocol, but this would seem to fit the bill. Obama has sent the Prime Minister of England and the Royal Family one gratuitous Anglophobe insult after another. As the Queen herself would never express it, payback's a bitch.
