OT Gib Bogle, Checky asked why I'm mad and you answered: "There's always more anger about when the POG drops." So technically you are insinuating I'm pissed off because I lost money and I stressed my anger on Checky. What kind of person you are that just like that, without knowing the facts insinuating about other people. What you were insinuating is not true, in fact it is a lie. My Portfolio is less than 1.5% down year to date. Not bad considering this correction. I have more than 50% cash and have some short/hedge positions. I was hoping this subject will not escalate into another chain of off topic posts, that's why I answered to Pocotrader and Cheecky private, but since this insinuation and misleading statements are pooping up I have to respond publicly one more time. Gib Bogle, let me tell you, when someone start posting many OT posts in a short time, that's what is making me angry. How simple is this to understand? I got pissed off enough to complain about OT posts few years ago when Botox was leading (and then Koan posted a few OT's and I was already fuming and I unfortunately posted to Koan at that time instead to Botox who was abusing forum for months) And I posted again angry post now. So two angry posts against OT posting in last few years. Too much you think? You think people have right to post OT posts, but other have no right to complain about it?!? About Cheecky. Nothing personal. We had no clash ever before. But lately he was posting many many OT posts. On Amazon and RR thread I would much rather read on subject posts, then read endless Cheecky complaints over how moderator is running that forum. He could use PM's instead of wasting mine and others time. Then last few (2) days, he posted what kind of songs he was listening when he was young, which is best doctor in Calgary, why they don't ban ciggarettes, and several about Dire Straits to name a few. And there are more. It is like Botox in the past. Freequent OT posters think that whatever hit their head, they think they are so important, that we all need to hear about all those their interesting thoughts. I'm here to read/share investing/trading ideas and charts. And because I'm full time worker I have hard time to read all material. I'm keep running out of time. And OT posts are making worse. So everytime when there is OT post it is annoyance. Now, we will always have few OT posts, no problem, they are not that annoying, but when one poster start with a lot of OT posting, I think that it is right, to be reminded that it is rude and selfish what he(she) is doing. There are really bad persons, that they will deliberately start posting ever more OT's (Botox/RE) (many posters will remember that Botox successfully singe handedly destroyed that great gold forum) But there may be some posters that my reduce their OT posting after a complaint. With all this long explanation I hope you Gib Bogle finally 'got it'. I do not appreciate insinuating about me, when you don't know anything at all. But then again, that just show what kind of person you are. With this post I will stop posting on this subject. Who get it - get it, and who can't get it - oh well. After a year or two, when someone will start posting too much OT on our trading/investing forums again, and I may get pissed off again I may complain again. P.s. And Cheecky, I didn't really singled you out. For some reason your posts jumped out as annoying OT's. It may be that you singled yourself out with them. But we already exchanged our thoughts through PM's I have nothing else to add on this subject publicly. I do have PM though if anyone need any more clarification....
