Tommaso: the bulls don't give up easily, and they don't know how far down this bear can go. So I would expect to see something like a 70's market with lots of rallies going nowhere. I think Tice has proved himself, if you go back to the beginning of the year and compare the fund to the S&P he has done a great job.
