NASA GISS, headed by James Hansen, has been corrupting temperature records - graphic evidence below: NASA’s GIStemp program recalculates old temperatures with every new data run. Like CRU and NOAA, NASA has managed to cool off the prior warm period (like Michael mann did with the Medieval Warm Period. See below (enlarged here) how in 1980, Hansen had the 1960s 0.3C colder than the 1950s. By 1987, it was just 0.05C colder and by 2007 it had become 0.05C warmer. Message 26592691 sppiblog.org In the 1980's they said the 1960's were significantly cooler than the 1950's, by 2007 the 1960's had become WARMER than the 1950's. All three charts are NASA/GISS historical charts issued in diferent years. In addition to looking at the red and blue lines showing the 1950's and 1960's temps, notice how 1980 went from cooler than 1940 to warmer. Also see: wattsupwiththat.com
