There are exceptions but they are the great ones......usually the ones they call the actor's actor. Reagan was neither great nor an actor's actor. Instead, he was the first GW Bush....put up by your GOP cronies. He looked good and people liked him....while he continued to look good and keep people like you happy, the real assholes....Cheney like people........ran the gov't.
