Tonto: I too have read with great interest your comments on the data contained in the last 10K filed by Olympus Ventures in June of 1997. It is my understanding that all financial data, historical data and stock data are audited through June, 1996 and represent reconstructed data without reliance on prior years data which apparently was absconded with along with the management personnel preceeding those at the helm now. The only data filed with the SEC by the current management team consists of unaudited figures and representations. A curent 10K was due to be filed on October 15th, 1997 or sooner, however a merger between RMCW and Olympus has caused a further delay in filing the 10K. If what a shareholder said earlier this evening is so some time in the next few weeks consumation of the merger, an influx of cash and the 10K filing should all fall into place. IMO any evaluation of the fiscal status of RMIL based on the existing 10K information would be wanting. For the sake of the many shareholders and contributors to this thread I certainly look forward to a full and positive disclosure shortly. In addition I hope that the management can find a way to inform these patient people just what percentage of their outstanding shares are in individual names as opposed to the names of street nominees. This would then confirm the cartel's contention that the float of publicly held shares is actually in a controlled envirement of friendly shareholders and any shorts legal or illegal will find themselves up the river not only without a paddle but headed for the rapids in a very leaky canoe.
