We own Rock Quarry land in Nova Scotia with a subsidiary of Digital Gas. I have been trying to reach Brian Smith of New Jersey to discuss this.

Hello,
We own Rock Quarry land in Nova Scotia with a subsidiary of Digital Gas. I have been trying to reach Brian Smith of New Jersey to discuss this. I received a letter from an attorney who represents the trustee of Digital Gas. Does anyone know how I may reach Brian Smith or anyone else that represents Digital Gas?

Thanks,

Vulcan has far too much money invested in that property to let it go.

Hello,
Vulcan Contracting has to this week or we loose it. Vulcan has far too much money invested in that property to let it go. Vulcan core drilled it back in 2005 with a series of holes 100m deep and tested the stone which cost quite a bit. We feel the potential for a good stone quarry for export is there in the future. Shelburne County. There are not many places on the East coast that have stone that close to the US markets.

I think your chances of getting money out of smitty are slim and none and slim left town. He has a $6 million judgement against him and digg is ch 7 and dissolved I believe. I am sure if you managed to speak with him he would have some story or promise that money is coming in. Too bad you got hookedup with him
