I detest MSFT Explorer, it's much too slow and the buttons and the interface is lousy. I installed IE4.0 so I could access one of the websites I was interested in subscribing to, because it was free for IE4.0 users but will hang your system 100% if you used Netscape. Once I installed IE4.0 and launched the program, it automatically detected that I had Netscape and vice versa. Now I get a lot more crashes when I use Netscape on my system than before I installed IE4.0. Isn't that really fishY?

Another thing that bothers me is the claims that manufacturers have been making that people prefer to use IE rather than Navigator. All 40 machines in this building, even though they come with IE installed on them, and any web browser used on TV has been Navigator! Can we have a survey on what the REAl market share of IE is?

I would be satisfied with a PC that had Navigator as it's only program, plus other simple accessories that would let me print and save text and graphics. In short I hope that Bill Gate's greatest fears emerge and Navigator will evolve into its own operating system for sub $1000 PC's and knock down mighty Microsoft.
