Absolutely not - the innocent victims are to be helped even though I despise that country and it's leadership.

They are to this day aiding in Osama's protection and his gang and inspiring and protecting more - not to mention the blockades of trucks supplying our troops. All the while taking our money and with this event we will extend a hand of charity again and then they will slap us in the face.
