Brad,

Extending your analysis and reasoning, it would seem that CEO Arnold needs to find a merger with a company having annual profits of $2mil or more so that he can recoup his investment. It should be interesting to see what actually happens.

It will indeed be very interesting to see what happens.
With your analysis, day to day activity (such as one
and two cent swings) should not be of any concern. The
telling story should then be what the terms of a merger
are. At this point, watching these tiny little swings
in the stock (ticker watching) seems to be not very
