Michael, Must say I sadly agree with Ken here. When I was stopped today at 6 11/16 I thought it would (of course) bounce up. It just kept sinking. Under $6 looks like a real number. This is a horrible situation for any company to be in for litigation and future market share. It's just a shame for such a promising company. With typical "no ethical form" management issues nothing more than a canned plan of defense. They've richly earned their troubles. I'll be watching S3, but if any fraud is proven (and you know the lawyers will be going right for the throat) look out. This present situation could bring this company down. The collective wisdom here on this thread has been wonderful...and more correct than not. I've appreciated the time and effort you've all put in. You're all a great bunch of people. Onward, George
