I think it is just a market phenomenon. VICL is technically pretty weak (and has been for a good while) as evidenced by the strong pullback from 17 after the last deal was announced. I think there must be a lot of players on this who just trade it for 20-25% and until something really dramatic happens VICL seems stuck in the low-mid teens. Days like this tend to drive issues down to test recent levels of support. Let's hope for a market rally soon. Jim
