Two men and a woman are being treated for burns after their van exploded and was engulfed in flames Wednesday afternoon in Bellevue.

At around 2:20 p.m., the Ford Econoline van pulled out of the parking lot of a Chevron gas station on the southwest corner of Kamber Road and 145th Place Southeast. The van made a right turn onto Kamber Road when "it just exploded," said Bellevue police spokeswoman Carla Iafrate. "It started rolling backward down Kamber, fully engulfed in flames."
