Companies are utilizing the temp staffing services today to meet needs right now. They are not adding on benefits expenses and will not do so until they require long term full time employees.

It surprises me how it doesn't get through the minds of the thick people that business doesn't hire unless they need the extra help to expand, provide more services or produce more product. If there is no demand there is simply no incentive to hire unless you are actively attempting to destroy your bottom line.
