Increased units sold does not equate to rising prices and don't give me any BS about volume preceding price. This article doesn't alter my view about a continuing fall in house prices.

2011 is going to see home prices fall yet again. If interest rates increase at all this year it could get really ugly. I don't think rates are going to increase. That's not in the "kick the can down the road" playbook.
