I'm not a lawyer, but my feel is that the Supreme Court very seldom overrules Congress. Does anyone have any precedents?

"Any half ways competent lawyer can make a legal argument for either side of any proposition."

The legality of the issue will be absolutely irrelevant. Do you think this court holds to law or convenience? One Obama replacement of a conservative and there will be no meaningful SCOTUS.
