Jail does not have to be involved. These are statist left-wingers here! If you disagree with them, you disagree with their good intentions, therefore you must be insane.

Sec. 7201 and Sec. 7203 refer to the federal tax code (26 USC). 7201 addresses willful tax evasion. 7203 addresses failure to file a tax return. Neither statute references penalties imposed under Obamacare.
