You may be right, however, in regard to whether the legislation is Constitutional, we need only look at the legislative language. And the language clearly allows the option of punishing people by sending them to prison if they don't buy health insurance.

How on earth that can be Constitutional is beyond my ability to enter the Obamatron mind of altered reality.
