Respect your opinion, but R/S has reputation of dropping the price soon as it's announced and should be used only as a last resort for a .04 stock. Would prefer that they do as much as possible to reign in dilution. You notice the agreement with Covidien? That's a $23B company. Yeah, it's tough to make it to the big leagues from .04, but I'm thinking smaller for now and see it as a worthwhile hold.
