TGT breaking below 50$ today, looks like it's on the way to 52 week lows at ~48$. Earning estimate is ~4.2$/share, so PE is around 12. Growth has stalled and they are selling their credit card business (10%+ o their earnings) which I think is going to reduce their earnings but also free's up some resources from the balance sheet. I suspect those are going into buybacks. They also own their RE, and were pushed by a hedge fund (Ackman?) to spin of their RE into a REIT (would have been a a horrible timing anyways).

Watching on the sidelines for now.
