Right now, we are where we are. Over the next 20 years we can make the situation better... Obama's feeble efforts climateprogress.org X 100 plus CCC/WPA programs, or make it worse... anything from doing nothing thru the magic of gridlock, to going backwards by cutting taxes & trying to undo not only Obama's feeble efforts, but Nixon's programs. As for Raygun, he took us down the wrong road. It led to a cliff. Shrub drove us over it.
