Has enough blood been spilled...

from the likes of SFAM, PRIA, KLIC?

I hope the bleeding stops, I'm just about flat-lined.

Justa,

Coherent (COHR) is a heavy hitter in lasers and they are targeting these excimer DUV lasers in a big way. The only way this can be friendly to Cymer is if COHR ends up acquiring them.

Justa,

I think Cary is making a point about value. For a stock to be a real value, it would look attractive fundamentally in the worst case scenario. No, I do not think Cymer will lose that much market share in the near future if ever. If Cymer's pulse-extended/multi-KHz KrF laser comes out in the near future, I'm not sure anybody will buy Cymer's competitors first-generation KrF lasers.
