That's right......their citizens decided it was not in the best interest of the city to act like a heartless corp No the unions decided its in their own best interest to act selfishly for their own interest rather than the general interest of the citizens, the politicians, to get the support of the unions, went along, and most citizens don't really understand what's going on, while even those who do often vote based on other issues.
