<<Just wanted to know what do you feel.>>

Answer: It would make me feel very sad.

How would a shareholder lawsuit make this or any company better? Do lawsuits sell more product? Do they contribute anything to anyone but lawyers?

I hope your analysis is as superficial as it appears. Management seems inept in the current environment, but as people, they seem likeable.

If SGI goes to single digits, it will fall below book value. PSR will be <.5. Cash remains $650 million, the technology is great. The execution is lousy. It looks like quite a bargain.

I'm buying in single digits. Hopefully, you will short some to me.
