I knew my vote was a lot of wishful thinking...wishing for a more Blue Dog Dem approach to things with their emphasis on sound budgeting. I find that rather ironic, McCain = Blue Dog in most things except for the letter after his name..... Kate, with all due respect, I don't know how you could do any research into Obama's background and not see serious red flags all over. The guy was steeped in leftist ideology his entire life. There's no evidence that he's ever been influenced by anyone other than those of the extreme left. Even his grand parents who took care of him were admitted avid communists, no doubt proud of their marxist daughter. Just how is a young man supposed to grow up thinking normally in a complete bubble. Columbia just reenforced everything he learned growing up..... Make no mistake about what Obama wants for this country, Bill was right, he wants a european style socialist welfare state.
